Each year, these awards are celebrated during the FTS Fun Day, a moment designed to celebrate and recognise the people who power the business and continue to deliver exceptional experiences for clients nationwide.

This year’s recipients represent a combined 50 years of service, demonstrating the depth of expertise and loyalty within the FTS team.

2025 Length of Service Award Recipients

  • Carla Meleleu | Quality Control Officer – 15 Years
    Carla’s long-standing commitment has made her a cornerstone of the organisation, and her contribution continues to help drive the high standards FTS is known for.
  • Masood Bakhsh | Event & Corporate Delivery Manager – 10 Years
    Masood’s decade of service reflects his invaluable role in delivering seamless transport for some of the UK’s largest events.
  • Dylan McGovern | Internal Control Manager – 10 Years
    Dylan has risen through the ranks at FTS, progressing into a senior operational role where he now oversees Internal Control and Compliance, contributing significantly to service quality and operational resilience.
  • Chris Lee | Head of IT & Business Systems – 10 Years
    Chris’s journey through the business has seen him advance into a pivotal leadership role on the Senior Leadership Team. As Head of IT & Business Systems, he has been instrumental in shaping the digital infrastructure that supports FTS’s growth and client experience.

The annual Length of Service Awards are an important tradition at FTS, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to recognising and celebrating the people who help make its services strong, safe, and reliable.
